Punching Techniques and Small Cotton Palm Form (Sui Min Jeung)
Use of the 10 Punches introduced in EAGLE CLAW KUNG FU 02 and SUI MIN JEUNG, the first traditional Eagle Claw form in the Ying Jow Pai system, teaching the smooth, flowing movement needed to properly apply Eagle Claw techniques. Taught by Grandmaster Shum's top student, Master Benson Lee.
Self-Defense Techniques and Plum Flower Fist Form (Muy Fa Kuen)
Self-defense techniques found in the first three forms. The second traditional Eagle Claw form in the Ying Jow Pai system, MUY FA KUEN, teaches hand/foot coordination with high kicks, jumps and the circular motions that characterize Eagle Claw. Taught by Grandmaster Shum's top student, Master Benson Lee.

INTERMEDIATE VIDEOS
Eagle Claw Principles 1 & 2 and Buddha Fist Form (Law Horn Kuen)
Eagle Claw principles are demonstrated by blocks, strikes and locks. Principle #1: Jow Da Cum Na (Claw and hit, catch and lock). Principle #2: Fun Gun Chaw Gwat (Tear muscles, break bones). The form Law Horn Kuen, which features clawing & blocking techniques, includes many of the core principles of Ying Jow Pai.
Staff Techniques and Shepherd Staff Form (Quan Yeung Kwan)
The first weapon form taught in the Eagle Claw System is the staff. It develops long range techniques as well as wrist and arm strength. Several of the staff techniques are presented to demonstrate the purpose of the form movements.
Eagle Claw Principles 3 - 4 & Six Direction Sabre Form (Lok Hop Do)
Principle #3: Dim Yut Bye Hei (Hit the pressure point, halt the breathing). Principle #4: Cow Wai Saw Fung (Hold and destroy, blockade). Lok Hop Do is an intricate sabre form which trains body balance, arm work and full body coordination.
Eagle Claw Principles 5 - 7 & Five Tiger Spear Form (Ng Fu Cheung)
Principle #5: Sim Jim Tong Na (Evading, flying). Principle #6: Diu Cow Fing Law (Controlling, throwing). Principle #7: Noi Sup Chung Dit (Absorbing, falling). The most advanced form in this series, the spear form contains many intricate moves.
